Creates an IConfigurableParser<TOptions> implementation from the specified parser.

Parameters

parser Func<string, Type, Action<TOptions>, object>

The function delegate that does the actual parsing of a string.

IConfigurableParser<TOptions>

An IConfigurableParser<TOptions> implementation.
